ARQuest: Answering the Right Question

For the coaching of project managers we refer to the PRINCE2 methodology.

This kind of coaching can take place in several ways, depending on the moment of the intervention, the status of the project and the required help. Some examples:

Coaching the project leader. The right contents shall be determined up front. The project leader is someone of your organisation so that the acquired knowledge remains present for other projects. We do assume that the project leader has minimal knowledge of basic techniques concerning project management.
Supporting project initiation. Together with the project leader or the project group, the Project Initiation Document (PID) is written. By doing so we apply the PRINCE2 methodology from the start and it will be easier to apply the different PRINCE2 principles, processes, components and techniques during the project. This will improve the acceptation of the methodology.
Assistance in feasibility or strategic studies to be able to choose the right option.
